How do you feel about people shipping Dick, Jason, Tim or Damian together, or any of the Batkids with Bruce? With the guys, it makes me uncomfortable because they’re socialized as brothers and outright call each other that sometimes. Bruce raised and adopted the three of them, and they see him as a father figure (the same is true of Cass). With Babs and Steph there’s a huge age gap, and I really don’t feel like I have to mention Damian, considering he’s Bruce’s biological son.

The best thing about Dick Grayson is you put him with the other Bats and he appears to be a friendly, lighthearted, jokester, but you put him with other heroes and he suddenly looks uptight, paranoid, and seriously lacking in average social graces. Nothing about his character has really changed it’s just that this uptight and paranoid boy is friendly, and lighthearted compared to the complete emotional constipation of the other bats😂 He’s a perfect middle ground between the Bats, and the other heroes.
